WHAT WE COLLECT

• Orders. Name, shipping address, email, phone if you give one, the items you ordered, and payment status. Card data is handled by our payment processor, ConvesioPay. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Email and SMS signup. The address or number you submit, plus when you consented and which page you used. SMS: Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
• Cookies. Basic site cookies for the cart and the session. Any analytics we turn on later get listed here before they go live.
• Support email. Whatever you send when you write in.

HOW WE USE IT

We use it to fill and ship your order, including sharing your name, address, and SKU with our print-on-demand partner. We send order and shipping updates, answer support, and, only if you opted in, send drop and promo messages.

WHO WE SHARE WITH

• Print partner. Our print-on-demand partner. Only what they need to print and ship.
• Payment processor. ConvesioPay, to take payment and handle refunds.
• Hosting and email. The providers that run the site and the inbox.
• Law enforcement. Only if the law requires it.

RETENTION

Order records stay as long as we need them for taxes, fraud, and returns. That is typically years. A marketing signup stays until you unsubscribe or reply STOP. Email deadweightdaddy@gmail.com to ask what we hold, or to request deletion where the law allows. We may keep what we have to keep for legal or accounting reasons.

YOUR CHOICES

Emails include an unsubscribe link. STOP cancels SMS. Email deadweightdaddy@gmail.com to update an address or to request access or deletion. Do not submit children's data. Drop 001 is not directed at children under 13.

CHANGES

Updates land on this page, and the effective date moves with them. A material change gets a notice on the site when we can.
